Villa Jhoana Resort

the staff were extra nice & helpful

just needs some updating like wallpaper in bathroom peeling off

Air conditioning is okay. Television is also okay.

Toilet bowl not flushing. Bathroom Shower head spread water all over the place.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

The pool

They provided us with damp towels. Staffs were not accommodating. Leaky air-conditioning unit

The price is reasonable for its facilities and area. I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights (good for 6 people) but the bathroom is however the opposite. The room for two has a wide shower room and bathtub; the room for 4, family room has a small bathroom (no bath tub). ? And not only the bathroom but also the fridge. The refrigerator in the family room is old and very small. In addition, the water is so weak that the shower does not work. We just used the pale and dipper. And the really disappointing in this place was -- it's too noisy. The other guests as well as the staff themselves were too noise even after 12 midnight. And the staff was knocking at 11pm in the middle of our sleep just to ask for our breakfast menu. Well, anyway.. the food was good enough so I'd give a fair score. And infairness, the other staff were kind enough, especially the one who helped us heat the foods in the kitchen. Thank you! ^^

Room and pool

Crowded, food, bathtub

Food is fine but was served cold and its supposed to be sizzling

One AC was not working in Honeymoon room A

staff were very helpful always ready to help. close by to shopping center. the Aircon was very strong and heated water for showering early in the morning.

I stepped on dog poo outside the gate hahaha. maybe keeping the outside clean also. but of course not their fault.

Easy to locate on the map, staff were nice and friendly, the place is like a mansion, rooms are clean and there's a private bathroom in each room, installed with tv with Netflix, there's a small personal ref and kettle, small table and monoblock chairs too. Ample water supply, a shower with heater in the bathroom. Towels and disposable slippers are provided. The AC was working fine, there was a room whose AC didn't cool at first, so they provided us an electric fan, toilettries were provided too...there's a designated area for bbq, pool has slides which the children enjoyed.

We couldn't sleep well one night because there was a gathering of sort one night and like an online selling the next night. We could hear it from the inside. The water in the pool didn't look clear..

Presidential suite

the AC was not working in the Honeymoon suite but we were moved to new room.

The swimming pool looks nice but have not tried it. The aircon was strong though.

The hotel looks creepy. It was actually an old house converted into a hotel. The food was too cheap and very ordinary. There was no room table to eat on or work on, no toilet paper, no telephone service. There was a ref but has no contents, not even water.

Thanks to all staff for being accommodating!

Accommodating staff and very homey

Food service

Beds & bathroom

everything

you could've given the wifi password from the start.

nostalgic and staffs are very accommodating.

there’s some insects but not a big deal.

Clean and good location.

Nice place at the right price
